Returns
You may return products within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Returns are accepted in case of:
Wrong item delivered
Size or color mismatch
Damaged or defective product
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be made via your original payment method or through bank transfer/JazzCash/EasyPaisa (for COD orders).
Exchange Option
Customers may choose to exchange their item instead of a refund (subject to stock availability).
Exchanges follow the same 7-day return window.
Non-Returnable Items
Items purchased during clearance or sale promotions cannot be returned or refunded.
Customized or tailored outfits are also non-returnable.
